Access to the repository can only be by the following means;

• Nationwide Records Management and Storage staff engaged in the handling of records and other archived items are security cleared. Staff members using our computerised barcode tracking system have a specific log on password to ensure tracking of who and where is possible right down to the time of day.

• Nationwide Records Management and Storage personnel from senior management to repository and security transport staff are subject to WA Police Services clearance. This is a prior condition of employment.
